Globe Rider World motorcycle expeditions
supporting riders to ride across China & around the world
If you've adventured a little and got 'the adventure travel bug' you'll already have many of the abilities that you need to take you across China & around the world. Globe Rider world touring combines the support, logistics & experiences of your fellow riders to enable you to explore the world the best way; by motorcycle. On each stage of the expedition riders benefit from the Globe Rider support; sharing knowledge, contacts & logistics to enable you to fulfill your dream to ride across China & around the World.
Riders will enjoy the freedom & independence of solo adventure, without being totally alone.
China expeditions include all costs for riding in China ie; entry permits, Chinese driving license, bike registration, Chinese guide & support vehicle along with all accommodation costs whilst riding in China. A further Globe Rider Bond will provide added insurance, bike repair & recovery facilities for each team of Riders.
Sharing resources & experiences is the best way for us to achieve our goals & do these long distance rides.

| Travel formalities & motorcycling regulations -riders tour book. We provide guide notes for each Country through which we travel. |
With up to 20 Countries on a tour, each with different laws & regulations, we do the leg work to ensure that the expeditions can progress as smoothly as possible. |
Bike regs & Visa advice
We will provide advice for complying with border control procedures |
This will make planning your expedition easier & give reassurance & safety by crossing major borders as a group. |
Route guides - Maps, route notes & or Sat nav way points. Emergency assistance on route at waypoints. 2 way comms radios.

You will have a good knowledge of routes & riding distances to enable you to complete the expedition. Even if you decide to ride alone, you will have access to assistance at key stages along the route, should you need help. |
| Bike maintenance advice & on tour maintenance & repair assistance. We will carry additional bike spares & tools as well as tyre repair equipment. We will assist with keeping bikes roadworthy. |
As a group, our bikes will be better prepared for expeditions. We will share tools & service items meaning that we all have less weight to carry.
It's far easier locating facilities or changing wheels / tyres / brakes as a group than on your own. Preventative maintenance helps, but when things break or wear out, we'll make it easier for you to keep riding. |

| GlobeRider emergency repair & recovery assistance. Within each expedition, we will allocate a proportion of our fee, into an emergency assistance fund. |
We will provide a level of financial cover & emergency assistance to help you get your bike repaired following a break down or accident. Failing repair, we will assist with logistics for emergency recovery of your bike to a local repairer. |
| Accommodation assistance. To enable these long distance rides to remain flexible on certain stages you can stop where & whenever you want to. Certain stages may be suitable for camping. |
All accommodation is included for riding the whole width of China. We will provide assistance locating characterful local accommodationin on the central stage which riders can share whenever you wish. Added safety of camping with other riders, should you wish to camp. |
Health & medical advice / assistance.

You will have much more access to medical assistance than traveling alone. On longer expeditions, all riders should have a level of first aid knowledge. We will provide a qualified instructor for rider pre-tour first aid instruction. |

By being affiliated to a tour group you will have better access to local contacts, should assistance be needed. |
| Photography tour book included. Exclusive bound photographic books. Top quality Italian print-publishing. Copies available in multiple sizes for GlobeRider tour members. |
By travelling with a professional photographer, you will be included in the Globe Rider book. These books will be a nice record of our achievements as well as making great presents for friends & family. 1 main book is included for each tour member. |
Of course, just the fact that you are sharing resources, planning & experience from both ourselves & other riders, means that there is far more chance that you'll actually make the effort & commitment to achieve these journeys. If you have the will, we will provide enough support & assistance to help you with 'the way' to make it happen.

It is impossible to fully insure our bikes in many regions of the world.
By including our own GlobeRider bond on these expeditions, we will all have a degree of insurance which will provide a level of funds & resources to keep us moving.
There's a growing number of inclusive tour companies that will 'guide you' around the world. On these length of rides, I believe that there are just too many variables to make the all inclusive approach really practical for the true adventure rider. If things go wrong (& they do - that's partly the appeal of adventure travel!) The whole tour schedule can easily be thrown off balance. With our approach we constantly maintain a flexible free spirited nature to our tours. Each Rider can determine their own routes and pace, with a safety net of fellow GlobeRiders to support when needed.

All expeditions traveling beyond western Europe will include our own unique Globe Rider bond which will help reduce the worry of motorcycling in regions of the world where adequate breakdown cover simply does not exist. As a GlobeRider team member you will share our resources ensuring that you get to see as much of the world by motorcycle, as you want to.
